Does Google consider Page Rank that Website Index with "https://"

Hi guys,

This is very important discussion for every SEO guys.

Have you seen ever when website index with " https:// " then Page Rank is not showing on PR bar, while website have Page Rank when website index without " https:// " .

One of my website index with https:// since then PR not showing while PR had showing when website index as http://.

why it is happening, if any guys have idea then please reply. it may comes with your project. One things to find out does Google consider PR for those website who index with " https:// ", If you able to find out the solution then please share to me by reply this post.
